Job Summary
Maintain a personal coaching minimum of 15 classes per week while delivering high-energy Orangetheory sessions aligned with brand standards. Lead the coaching and sales teams by managing schedules in MindBody, conducting performance reviews, and recruiting talent from the member base. Own studio revenue performance through new memberships, renewals, and retail, executing lead generation and tracking conversion metrics. Ensure flawless studio operations by upholding cleanliness standards, managing preventative maintenance, and reporting all facility repairs promptly. Build a cohesive community through member engagement events and model the energy required for a full-time, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider (e.g., ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, AFAA PT/GFI)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain
- 2-3 years of coaching experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team
- Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to actively demonstrate and perform all exercises throughout each class
- Ability to remain standing and vocal for the duration of a 60-minute workout
- Must be able to lift, move, and demonstrate use of all studio equipment including treadmills, rowers, dumbbells, TRX systems, medicine balls, Bosu balls, and ab dollies
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Perform all duties on-site
- Full-time role requiring flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a studio management or head coach role
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with MindBody Online or similar scheduling/CRM systems
