Job Summary

Conduct a minimum of 15 classes weekly while leading coaching teams, managing studio operations, and driving membership growth. Own sales performance from lead generation to closed deals, execute community outreach, and report weekly KPIs to the Regional Business Manager. Develop coaches through regular check-ins, observations, and onboarding while handling payroll and timecard accuracy. Recruit talent from the member base, maintain a second-to-none cleanliness standard, and manage facilities repairs and preventative maintenance. Ensure full compliance with brand standards and oversee studio budgets, inventory, and cost controls. Report directly to the Regional Business Manager in a full-time role requiring flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider (e.g., ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, AFAA PT/GFI)
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain
  • 2-3 years of coaching experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team
  • Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance
  • Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to actively demonstrate and perform all exercises throughout each class
  • Ability to remain standing and vocal for the duration of a 60-minute workout
  • Must be able to lift, move, and demonstrate use of all studio equipment including treadmills, rowers, dumbbells, TRX systems, medicine balls, Bosu balls, and ab dollies
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Perform all duties on-site
  • Full-time role requiring flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a studio management or head coach role
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with MindBody Online or similar scheduling/CRM systems
