Job Summary
Conduct a minimum of 15 classes weekly while delivering high-energy Orangetheory sessions aligned with brand standards. Lead the coaching and sales teams by managing schedules, conducting performance reviews, and recruiting talent from the member base. Own studio revenue performance, execute marketing campaigns, and report weekly KPIs to the Regional Business Manager. Maintain second-to-none cleanliness and facility standards, reporting repairs promptly and executing preventative maintenance. Build a strong studio culture through member engagement events and model the energy expected of all staff. Report directly to the Regional Business Manager in this full-time, on-site role requiring flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider (e.g., ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, AFAA PT/GFI)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain
- 2-3 years of coaching experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team
- Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to actively demonstrate and perform all exercises throughout each class
- Ability to remain standing and vocal for the duration of a 60-minute workout
- Must be able to lift, move, and demonstrate use of all studio equipment including treadmills, rowers, dumbbells, TRX systems, medicine balls, Bosu balls, and ab dollies
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Perform all duties on-site
- Full-time role requiring flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a studio management or head coach role
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with MindBody Online or similar scheduling/CRM systems
