Job Summary
Oversee hospice operations, ensure regulatory readiness and accreditation compliance, and drive revenue growth by developing relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners. Responsible for patient and family services, supervision of administrative functions (finance, admissions, HR, QA/QI, operations), budgeting and financial management (P&L, accounts receivable), and the volunteer program. Represent the company in the community and manage public relations and patient experience initiatives, including CAHPS performance and discharge planning coordination with contracting entities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Five (5) years previous managerial experience
- Previous healthcare sales management
- Working knowledge of budget development, financial profit/loss process, and human resources
