Job Summary
Lead global operations for Life & Pensions clients, driving revenue growth, profitability, and P&L ownership while delivering SLA/KPI targets and operational efficiency. Manage large-scale global operations across multiple accounts, overseeing transformation initiatives, automation, and cost savings to ensure risk and compliance adherence. Direct Senior Group Managers and graduate teams to achieve client satisfaction, retention, and employee engagement goals. Report to Senior General Manager and manage a team of Group Managers.
Required Qualifications
- 15–20+ years in BFSI/Insurance operations

- Extensive experience in managing large global operations and multiple clients
- Proven track record in P&L management, transformation, and business growth
- Bachelor's degree
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong leadership and executive presence
