Job Summary
General Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations, overseeing production planning, workflow coordination, and safety/quality/delivery/cost performance. Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing practices, KPIs, and continuous improvement; develop and coach department managers; align operational capacity with growth plans; manage capital planning and technology improvements; ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance; collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Administration to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial operations
- strong background in operational leadership, continuous improvement, and performance management
- experience leading multi-department manufacturing operations or plant-level leadership roles
- ability to lead and develop teams and foster ownership and accountability
- experience implementing operational metrics, performance dashboards, and process improvements
- strong financial and business acumen with balancing operational priorities and broader business goals
- excellent communication and leadership skills across departments
