Job Summary
Own the complete financial performance of two Orlando branches, including full P&L accountability, while developing operating plans that drive profitable growth. Lead daily operations for approximately 80 team members across landscape maintenance, allocating labor and equipment to maximize efficiency and build scalable processes. Partner with sales leaders to retain commercial clients, resolve complex issues, and foster a culture of exceptional service and accountability. Develop Operations Managers and future leaders through coaching and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety compliance and operational excellence. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
- Demonstrated success managing a full P&L
- Experience leading multiple departments or functional teams
- Strong financial and analytical business acumen
