Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations and commercial performance for Metung Hot Springs and Country Club, reporting to the Managing Director. Drive business growth by managing diverse operational teams across tourism, hospitality, and wellness sectors while maintaining strong relationships with guests, community partners, and key stakeholders. Provide direct coaching and direction to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Requires extensive leadership experience, strong commercial acumen for P&L management, and a values-driven approach to team development.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience managing diverse operational teams within the tourism, hospitality, recreation, wellness or sporting industries
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success managing budgets, P&L performance and driving sustainable business growth
- The ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, community partners and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and present reports as required
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Qualifications in Business, Management or a related discipline
- A current National Police Check
