Job Summary
General Manager/Operating Partner drives the drive-in’s operations, supervising and directing employees across all restaurant functions, managing staff recruitment and training, scheduling, and performance coaching; oversees compensation, cost controls, inventory, and vendor management; leads operational planning, local marketing, reporting, and compliance with laws, and ensures optimal guest experience through effective team leadership and accountability; requires minimum 50 hours per week, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 3+ years of restaurant management experience with strong leadership and multitasking capabilities; duties include opening/closing, guest and employee issue escalation, and maintaining sanitation and equipment standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
- Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations
- Basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
