General Manager/ Operating Partner

Lead and manage all drive-in operations as General Manager/Operating Partner, directing staffing, training, and performance; recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and discipline employees; manage compensation and cost controls for food, labor, and inventory; ensure optimal guest experience, execute opening/closing duties, resolve guest and employee issues, and maintain compliance with laws and company policies; drive operational efficiency, vendor performance, and local marketing; maintain records and operational reports; supervise sanitation and station duties; expect minimum 50 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays; required education is a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
