Job Summary
General Manager/Operating Partner leads all drive-in operations and employees, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance management to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsible for optimizing labor, food, inventory, and cost control; planning and forecasting budgets; maintaining operational reports and records; supervising vendor performance; ensuring compliance with laws and company policies; and driving local marketing and business performance. Requires 50+ hours weekly with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred). Must be capable of managing opening/closing duties, sanitation, and regular cleanings, and be proficient in basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Experience: Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
- Experience: Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws
- Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations
- Basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
- Regular attendance
