Job Summary
General Manager/Operating Partner responsible for leading and managing drive-in operations, supervising employees, and driving operational excellence. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management; directs compensation per company guidelines; ensures guest satisfaction through optimized service and quality standards; manages opening/closing duties, issue escalation for guests and staff, and development of action plans for local marketing and business performance. Oversees cost-control through planning and forecasting food, labor, paper, and inventory; conducts regular team meetings; maintains records and operational reports; ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations; coordinates vendor performance and sanitation; accommodates 50+ hour work weeks, nights, weekends, and holidays; performs additional station duties as needed and supports ongoing maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws ( wage and hour laws; EEO )
- Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations
- Basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
- Regular attendance and ability to perform varied station duties as needed
