Job Summary
General Manager/Operating Partner responsible for leading and managing drive-in operations and staff. Primary duties include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, directing and coaching employees; overseeing compensation per company guidelines; ensuring optimal guest experience through supervising all drive-in operations, opening/closing duties, issue escalation, and adherence to standards; managing food, labor, inventory, and costs to maximize efficiency and quality; leading regular team meetings; maintaining records and operational reports; developing and implementing local marketing and performance plans; ensuring maintenance of equipment and vendor performance; enforcing policies, procedures, and applicable laws; overseeing sanitation and cleanliness; and performing station duties as needed. Requires minimum 50 hours/week with irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management; strong knowledge of labor and safety laws; proficient in leadership, communication, and problem-solving; and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Experience: Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
- Experience: Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees
- Knowledge: Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws (e.g., wage and hour laws; EEO laws)
- Knowledge: Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations
- Skills: Basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills
- Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Skills: Problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
