Job Summary
General Manager/Operating Partner to lead and manage drive-in operations and staff, recruit and develop employees, ensure guest satisfaction, manage opening/closing duties, oversee cost-control (food, labor, inventory), develop action plans for local marketing and performance, maintain records and operational reports, ensure compliance with laws and company standards, and supervise vendor performance; must excel in team leadership, operational discipline, sanitation, and delivering high standards of service with long hours and weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Experience: Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
- Experience: Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees
- Knowledge/skills: Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws; health and safety regulations
- Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, leadership, problem-solving, multi-tasking, time-management, conflict-resolution
