Job Summary
Lead drive-in operations as General Manager/Operating Partner, overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of assistant managers and staff. Drive operational efficiency and cost control by forecasting food, labor, paper, and inventory needs; manage opening/closing duties, guest/employee issue escalation, vendor performance, and regulatory compliance. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, maintain records and operational reports, and supervise sanitation, maintenance, and vendor relations. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential; expect 50-hour weeks with nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least three years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
- Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees
- Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws; health and safety laws; basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills; effective verbal and written communication; problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
