Job Summary
Direct and coordinate facility activities consistent with organizational goals, developing strategies and policies to maximize growth and profitability. Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates while maintaining close cooperation with remote reporting managers for personnel located in Olive Branch. Communicate effectively with customers to develop relationships and assure satisfaction, ensuring Millstone maximizes revenue and earnings growth. Maintain a working knowledge of all Millstone services and quality processes, including FDA/GMP compliance, and develop adequate metrics to monitor performance. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 10+ years of operations experience, and advanced skills in metrics, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of prior Operations experience
- Prior experience demonstrating effective management skills
- Knowledge and execution of issues related to FDA/GMP compliance
- Advanced skills with metrics, excel, PowerPoint and word documents
- Experience with ERP software
- Ability to recognize and communicate potential issues
- Plan ahead and manage multiple priorities
- Effectively train employees, manage and provide leadership
- Results oriented and ability to multi-task
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment; to plan and accomplish goals
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
