Job Summary
General Manager to lead an upscale Mediterranean restaurant, overseeing all aspects of operations to deliver a polished, hospitality-driven guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising front- and back-of-house teams, maintaining elevated food, beverage, and service standards, driving revenue while managing budgets and costs, ensuring health and safety compliance, safeguarding the brand ambiance, and fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork. Preference for candidates with strong leadership in fine dining, experience with POS systems, budgeting and cost control, and a deep appreciation for Mediterranean cuisine and service style.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and inspire teams
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of elevated hospitality and service standards
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Financial acumen including budgeting, labor management, and cost control
