Job Summary
Optimize patient schedules to align with production goals and ensure efficient treatment workflows. Coordinate medical clearances with providers and external clinical offices to enable timely surgical procedures. Administer company policies, enforce OSHA and HIPAA compliance, and facilitate staff training on best practices. Serve as the primary liaison between centralized operations and the center, collaborating with clinical, sales, and administrative teams. Perform daily huddles and inspections to maintain operational alignment and troubleshoot daily issues impacting the patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 year management experience in dental field
- Familiar with OSHA and HIPPA compliance standards
- 2 plus years experience as a training facilitator
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OpenDental management Software preferred
