Job Summary
Lead the nursing division, manage budget planning and monitoring, and provide nursing input on divisional policies. Implement manpower planning, recruitment, deployment, and retention strategies while setting up staff development plans to facilitate career progression. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and standards across all hospital units, and assist in broader organizational policy implementation. Serve as the central communication bridge between Chinese Medicine Practitioners, nursing teams, and other departments to ensure clear interpretation of treatment plans. Support service planning for hospital development and report directly to the Hospital Chief Executive. This fixed-term three-year role requires a postgraduate degree, registered nurse practicing certificate, and at least 10 years of hospital management experience.
Required Qualifications
- A postgraduate degree
- Registered nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
- At least 10 years of hospital management experience with substantial experience in clinical nursing management
- A highly motivated dynamic leader with a strong commitment to achieving strategic results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
