Job Summary
Develop the annual budget and capital investments budget. Attain the sales, quality and financial targets of the hotel. Manage operations to achieve guest, talents, corporate, and owner satisfaction while meeting or exceeding financial goals. Drive ambassadors engagement and lead with autonomy and decisive leadership. Manage relationships with the owner and manager within the Hotel Management Agreement. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding sales capability, and the ability to analyze complex information to implement new practices or develop new approaches. Be the heart of the hotel, leading by example. Requires extensive experience as an General Manager (minimum 5 years) and oversight of a 170-room hotel with MICE space (~1000 sqm), restaurant, and bar. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as General Manager or equivalent
- Experience in hotel operations, budgeting, and P&L management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven sales and guest satisfaction track record
- Ability to manage owner relationships and operate within a Hotel Management Agreement
- Experience with 170-room properties and MICE spaces
- Fluency in hospitality industry standards and service quality principles
