Job Summary
Manage day-to-day store operations including car wash and food service, driving profitability, budget execution, and inventory control. Recruit, train, and supervise all staff while enforcing safety policies, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Oversee financial reconciliation, inventory audits, and cash loss prevention to meet shrink targets. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every guest, promoting specials, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Ensure all employees complete safety orientations and report workplace incidents immediately. Requires 1-3 years of management experience, P&L understanding, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations
- Budget and P&L understanding
- UST Class A/B Certification is a MUST or ability to become certified within the first 30 days of employment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Must be able to provide any level of coverage if needed, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to bend down, stoop low, and also stand for at least 8 hours
- Ability to properly lift, pull and/or push up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store
- MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
