Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations in collaboration with the District Manager, leading front- and back-of-house teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Recruit, train, and schedule staff; coach and manage performance; ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and company policies. Monitor inventory and drive operational results, resolving customer service issues with professionalism. Maintain a healthy, compliant facility and foster an engaging, motivated team culture to achieve growth and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
- Restaurant experience is required
- Manager Food Handler Certification required
