Job Summary
Lead and oversee all day-to-day bakery operations, recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching a high-performing team. Drive sales growth and profitability by managing labor, scheduling, payroll, food costs, and operating expenses while ensuring exceptional guest service and resolving customer concerns. Maintain high standards for product quality, food safety, and brand compliance, and analyze business metrics to improve operational performance. Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and community marketing initiatives. Requires 3+ years of management experience in retail or food service, proficiency with operational systems, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations
- Proven leadership experience with responsibility for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
