Job Summary
Lead and oversee all day-to-day bakery operations, recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching a high-performing team. Drive sales growth and profitability by managing labor, scheduling, payroll, food costs, and operating expenses while maintaining strict standards for product quality, food safety, and brand compliance. Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and business metrics to implement action plans that improve operational performance. Ensure exceptional guest service, resolve customer concerns, and partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives. Support community engagement and local marketing efforts to grow brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations
- Proven leadership experience with responsibility for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
