Job Summary
General Manager role overseeing operations for Overhead Door Company of Little Rock (DH Pace Company) with P&L responsibility, annual budgeting, and strategic process improvements. Manages personnel, drives sales and profitability across three lines of business (commercial, residential, and entry door systems), and ensures high customer service levels. Requires 7+ years in leadership with budgeting, project management, materials ordering, and sales/service, plus a bachelor’s degree (preferred), ERP/CRM proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and a driving record suitable for travel to training and job sites. Role is on-site at 5303 Crystal Hill Road, North Little Rock, AR 72118 with potential training in Kansas City; candidate should be capable of implementing operational changes, mentoring staff, and maintaining partner/customer relations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum seven (7) years’ experience managing personnel, P&L, budgets, projects, materials ordering, sales and customer service in a leadership position
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient with Windows based programs and ERP/CRM systems
- Analytical skills to evaluate operational data, processes, procedures, financial results, survey feedback and other metrics
- Good driving record and valid driver’s license required
- Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire
