Job Summary
Own the end-to-end success of Nomad Insurance, defining strategy, prioritizing features across Essential, Complete, and Citizen products, and driving growth from $30m to $300m. Solve critical problems while ensuring operational execution aligns with the company's vision of a global social safety net. Act as the primary voice for customers, shaping the user experience and managing internal and external relationships. Lead and mentor the autonomous team spanning growth, engineering, and design, fostering a joyful and productive environment. Fully remote with transparent comp and equity, plus worldwide health coverage and a $5k annual development budget.
