Job Summary
General Manager responsible for building and supervising a restaurant team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability while operating per Apricus standards. Duties include recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating staff; scheduling; inventory and food ordering; cost control and financial oversight; implementing in-store promotions and marketing initiatives; ensuring OSHA/EEOC compliance; maintaining safe and compliant operations; and fostering a productive, customer-focused environment with attention to quality and consistency in product preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a management role in a quick service restaurant or one (1) year in a management position in a full-service restaurant
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills
- Strong management, team building and communication skills
- Working knowledge of local store marketing techniques and sales-building; proven track record of controlling costs
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team; capable of handling a 50-hour workweek
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily responsibilities
- Ability to pass required training programs for certification
- US work eligibility (per USCIS requirements)
