Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for flawless execution of every detail, ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties include directing, coaching, training staff in food quality and service standards, and maintaining adherence to safety and sanitation protocols. The role requires partnership with the General Manager to enhance financial performance and implement company initiatives, as well as effective communication with all stakeholders. The position is focused on developing team members, managing schedules, and overseeing daily administrative functions, with a strong emphasis on exceptional guest service and maintaining a professional work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
