Job Summary
Lead the restaurant as a General Manager by driving sales in a multi-channel environment and creating a great culture. Manage team development to create future Managers, set targets and KPIs, and deliver perfect PERi-PERi to customers every time. Motivate and engage staff while maintaining a people-first, chicken-second approach. Operate within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a 4-week paid sabbatical after five years of commitment.
