Job Summary
Conduct daily operations as a General Manager, treating the restaurant as your own business while making key decisions and driving sales across multi-channel environments. Lead and develop team members to create future Managers, ensuring perfect PERi-PERi delivery to customers in both restaurants and homes. Manage targets and KPIs to make money and change lives, fostering a family culture where everyone has each other's backs. Enjoy a competitive half yearly bonus package, a 3-month training plan from Day 1, and a 4-week paid sabbatical after five years of commitment.
