Job Summary
General Manager responsible for leading a Nando’s restaurant, driving sales and KPI targets, and developing a high-performance team. You’ll manage the restaurant as if it’s your own business, shape culture, motivate and engage staff, deliver the PERi-PERi customer experience in both in-restaurant and home settings, oversee training plans from Day 1, and drive multi-channel sales with a focus on people development and brand values.
