Job Summary
Coordinate all activities within your assigned geographic area and lead multiple locations through travel of 2-3 days weekly. Train, coach, and support shift managers, assistant managers, and staff on operational excellence while developing staffing levels and setting business goals. Provide leadership to ensure compliance with operating standards and champion teams in achieving sales goals using provided reports. Support local and national marketing initiatives and maintain strong communication and conflict resolution skills. This role offers ownership opportunities and career advancement within the Subway® restaurant business.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of successful, operational management experience in a restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Great interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop staff
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to travel to multiple locations (2-3 days weekly at remote sites)
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
