Job Summary
Coordinate and support all activities within your assigned geographic area while developing and maintaining staffing levels for managers and assistant managers. Train, coach, and lead all staff to ensure compliance with operating standards and champion efforts to achieve sales goals using provided reports. Provide leadership to drive local and national marketing initiatives and travel to multiple locations for support, including two to three days weekly at remote sites. This role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills to manage operational excellence across the restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of successful, operational management experience in a restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Great interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop staff
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to travel to include 2-3 days weekly at remote sites
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
