Job Summary
General Manager leads the UFC GYM in Honolulu, overseeing the gym’s financial performance, operations, and member experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and directing a high-performance team; driving membership growth and revenue targets (annual metrics include private coaching attachments and guest conversion); managing lead generation and appointment setting; ensuring brand standards, safety, payroll, and policy compliance; and collaborating with senior leadership on financial and operational plans. Required qualifications include 3-5 years of sales experience, 2-3 years of management experience supervising 3-10 employees, and a High School Diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and gym-specific financial metrics is expected.
