General Manager

Recruit, interview, and hire department managers, supervisors, and front-line team members while providing accountability through training, coaching, and performance reviews. Ensure execution of lead and appointment-setting goals to hit financial targets, including 50% guest conversion and 40% Ultimate Mix. Participate in developing the gym's financial and operating plans, collaborate with department heads to establish revenue and labor priorities, and report monthly results to the Vice President of Sales. Establish a fun, safe, and community-focused culture by walking the gym to collect member feedback, resolving elevated concerns on the spot, and monitoring facility appearance. Manage time and labor systems, approve overtime, and ensure company policies are executed efficiently to guarantee the safety of employees, members, and property.
