Job Summary
Lead UFC GYM General Manager to drive the gym’s financial success, operational excellence, and member experience. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance team reflecting the brand, set and hit monthly revenue targets (memberships, private coaching attachments, product mix), oversee lead generation and guest conversions, and collaborate with VP-level leadership on strategic plans. Manage payroll, overtime, safety protocols, and ensure brand standards are upheld while addressing member concerns. Requires strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and a solid understanding of gym financial metrics. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Certifications: CPR/AED required; personal training certification a plus. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- 2-3 years of management supervising at least 3-10 employees
- Experience leading teams and recruiting talent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Understanding of gym-specific financial metrics (revenue, payroll, ratios)
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- CPR/AED certification required; nationally recognized Personal Training certification a plus
- Ability to stand 8-12 hours and lift 50-120 lbs
