Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and hire department managers, supervisors, and front-line team members while providing consistent accountability through training, coaching, and performance reviews. Ensure execution of lead and appointment-setting goals to hit financial targets, including 50% guest conversion and 25% attachment of point-of-sale private coaching. Develop monthly membership, fitness, and operations plans to meet retention goals, collaborate with department heads to establish priorities, and report monthly financial results to the Vice President of Sales. Establish a safe, community-focused gym culture by walking the floor to collect member feedback, resolving elevated concerns on the spot, and monitoring gym appearance to ensure timely problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees
- 3-5 years of sales or related experience
- Must be able to lift 50-120 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to 8-12 hours
- Must have adequate transportation to and from work, to scheduled meetings, and/or to networking events
