Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and hire department managers, supervisors, and front-line team members while providing developmental coaching and guidance to direct reports. Ensure execution of lead and appointment-setting goals to hit financial targets, including 50% guest conversion and 40% Ultimate Mix. Develop monthly membership, fitness, and operations plans to meet retention goals and collaborate with department heads to establish revenue and labor targets. Establish a safe, community-focused gym culture by resolving elevated member concerns, monitoring gym appearance, and collecting member feedback to identify training opportunities. Report monthly financial results to the Vice President of Sales and maintain a fully engaged team aligned with company values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees
- 3-5 years of sales or related experience
- Must be able to lift 50-120 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to 8-12 hours
- Must have adequate transportation to and from work, to scheduled meetings, and/or to networking events
