Job Summary
Lead branch operations and drive revenue growth for a high-performing multi-family service office with over $10M in annual revenue. Manage full P&L accountability, optimize productivity and safety across make-ready, repair, and renovation services, and oversee execution of capital expenditure projects. Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff and independent contractors while strengthening client relationships and expanding service offerings through business development. Champion operational improvements, process optimization, and technology initiatives to enhance performance across the branch and any satellite locations. Monitor WIP backlogs, billing processes, and subcontractor invoices to ensure financial targets are met.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of branch operations leadership
- experience managing branches exceeding $10M in annual revenue
- 7+ years in construction, renovation, painting, restoration, or other highly transactional Branch-based service business
- multi-family experience
- Strong experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial reporting
- Proven ability to oversee large projects and teams with attention to detail, timelines, and quality control
- Exceptional communication skills
- Skilled in proposal development, sales strategy, and business growth
- Experience managing Project Managers and Superintendents responsible for larger-scale projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree
- Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk properties (including stairs)
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
