Job Summary
Manage and assume responsibility for all functions of the new Methuen Papa Johns Restaurant to ensure high quality products, customer service, and profitability. Recruit, train, and coach the team while maintaining adequate staffing levels and executing all company policies and procedures. Provide an outstanding customer experience by promptly addressing concerns and utilizing feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty. Motivate staff to deliver quality service in a collaborative environment while managing labor and food costs, executing cash management duties, and overseeing inventory to minimize loss. Ensure the restaurant remains clean, safe, and organized in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Required Qualifications
- Multilingual or Spanish-Speaking
- 2 Years Restaurant Management / Supervision Experience
- Self-sufficient leader
- Ability to make quality decisions
- Ability to instill pride and accountability in team members
- Ability to manage operations
- Ability to execute all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws
- Knowledge of ethical business practices
