Job Summary
Assess market conditions and develop strategies consistent with owners' needs to ensure properties are well maintained and leased up. Direct onsite property teams to achieve optimum performance levels while developing and implementing budgets aligned with financial goals. Manage expenses, approve purchase orders, and review income and expense reports to meet owner objectives. This immediate position offers a competitive compensation package, incentive program, 401(K) plan, and comprehensive benefit package. Capstone seeks candidates with 3–5 years of multi-site management experience and a strong background in new construction and lease-up activities.
Required Qualifications
- experience managing at least a few multi-site properties
- experience managing/directing/motivating an onsite property team
- ensure the property owners' objectives are achieved
- ensure that the properties are well maintained and leased up
- assess market conditions
- develop strategies consistent with the owners' needs
- achieve optimum performance levels
- develop and implement budgets that are in accordance with the owner's financial goals
- 3 – 5 years industry experience in a management role
- 2 – 4 years new construction and lease up background in both conventional and affordable housing
- College degree or equivalent years of work experience
- CPM certification
- Exceptional strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Financial background that includes budget and performance preparation
- experience in managing and controlling expenses

- experience in reviewing income and expense reports
- Strong lease up experience
- Exceptional leadership skills
