Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of seven fast food locations in Miami, managing staffing, inventory, P&L accountability, and compliance while driving district-wide financial and operational goals. Lead and mentor store managers to achieve excellence, execute strategic initiatives for new location openings and marketing campaigns, and resolve customer service issues to ensure a premium brand experience. Requires bilingual English and Spanish skills, full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with no sponsorship possible.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-unit fast food/QSR operations, including financial and operational oversight of at least 2 stores or units
- Proven experience in leading a team of managers, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role that includes coaching, training, and developing team members
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic expansion or marketing initiatives
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to balance short-term operational needs and long-term strategic goals
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willing to work full-time, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Bilingual English & Spanish
