Job Summary
General Manager at Mövenpick Resort Split: lead the overall management and strategic direction of the Split property (156 rooms, two restaurants, spa) to maximize profit, ensure compliance with operating controls and legislation, and drive guest satisfaction. Responsible for recruiting and building a collaborative, inclusive team, upholding service quality and brand standards, and maintaining a high-performance organizational culture. Requires at least 5 years of international GM experience in lifestyle/premium/luxury sectors, pre-opening/opening experience, strong F&B background, and fluency in English with Croatian language as an advantage. Accor network context and commitment to diversity and inclusion are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ international experience in Hotel General Manager in Lifestyle, Premium or Luxury position
- Pre-opening and Opening experience
- Strong Food & Beverage background
- Fluent in English. Croatian language knowledge is an advantage
