Job Summary
As the Business Unit General Manager for Moog's Circuit Card Business Unit, you will have full profit and loss responsibility, oversee Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Operations, and Sales. You will lead to develop a strong leadership team, build customer relationships, and develop strategic plans aligned with the Space and Defense Group. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and significant experience in leadership within electronics manufacturing, including strategic roles and P&L management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technical discipline
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role that includes leading people and strategy
Desired Qualifications
- MBA is desirable
- Experience leading a P&L in the Space, Defense, or Aerospace industry
