Job Summary
Drive direct bookings, corporate retreats, and wedding/event sales while managing dynamic pricing to maximize RevPAR. Oversee daily operations of ten waterfront cottages and a clubhouse, including housekeeping standards, maintenance scheduling, and guest preference profiling. Lead a lean team across housekeeping, groundskeeping, and guest services, while managing the operating budget and monthly P&L. Coordinate wedding vendors and execute event venue setups, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements. Resolve guest concerns swiftly with genuine care. This hands-on leadership role requires flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings to support guest and event needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
- at least 2 years as a General Manager or Director of Operations
- experience in a combined sales and operations capacity
- Proven experience in boutique or luxury lodging
