Job Summary
As the General Manager at Monster Tree Service, you will oversee daily operations while ensuring safety, sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include managing crews and equipment, providing training to field personnel, enforcing industry safety standards, coordinating work schedules with the Sales Arborist, hiring and supervising field employees, and assisting with sales estimates. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, or related fields along with mandatory MD Tree Expert and pesticide licenses.
Required Qualifications
- MD Tree Expert License
- MD or VA Pesticide license
- Clean/valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- CTSP and/or ISA Certification
- Management and sales experience in the tree care industry
- Prior experience training employees
