Job Summary

Manage daily operations of the Moe's Southwest Grill restaurant, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction across quality, service, and cleanliness while optimizing profits through Sterling Systems. Oversee staffing needs, conduct performance reviews for 15-25 team members, and enforce food safety standards to maintain 90%+ health inspection scores. Adhere to sales, labor, and cost goals using monthly P&L analysis, manage security and safety protocols, and investigate mystery shopper reports to drive operational improvements. Work a 50-hour week with occasional variance, requiring physical stamina for lifting and prolonged standing.
