Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations by overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house functions, ensuring cleanliness, and driving same-store sales growth. Manage customer service as the primary contact, enforce food quality standards, and coordinate weekly meetings with training staff. Execute quality food preparation, review employee schedules, and complete weekly reports including self-reporting and inventory tracking. Ensure all team members adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies while maintaining a neat appearance. This role requires at least two years of managing up to 40 team members and a valid driver's license. The position offers a base salary between $55k and $70k with monthly and annual bonus potential, plus free meals while working. Mo' Bettahs, founded in 2008 in Bountiful, Utah, serves authentic Hawaiian island barbeque and strives to deliver a true Hawaiian experience through its core values of Kuleana, Ho'okipa, and Pono.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- Proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- Ability to make difficult personnel decisions

- Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essential functions of the job
