Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations daily across FOH & BOH, ensuring brand standards, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction; drive same-store sales growth, optimize line speed, oversee staffing and weekly meetings, manage inventory and ordering, and uphold health and safety policies while mentoring managers and staff to deliver exceptional Hawaiian food and service.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- Proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- Ability to make difficult personnel decisions
- Perform other duties as assigned
