Job Summary
Lead the daily execution of the Mo’ Bettahs brand in a high-volume restaurant. Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensure cleanliness and food quality per Mo’ Bettahs standards, drive Same Store Sales growth and optimize line speed through efficient scheduling and process discipline. Serve as primary point of contact for customer service and manage customer reviews. Conduct weekly manager-in-training meetings, oversee inventory, ordering, and reporting, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Demonstrate aloha spirit, develop and motivate staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a superior Hawaiian dining experience. Requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years of restaurant-management experience with strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- Proven track record of promoting team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks timely and accurately
- Willingness to obtain trainings and certifications as needed
